Stocks over $1B market cap that actually set a fresh 52-week high recently, via Yahoo Finance's own screener — real market cap and a real new high, not an approximation. A stock merely trading close to its old high (but not surpassing it) won't show up here — that's why a familiar name can be "missing" even when it looks close on its own chart. Sorted by market cap. Tagged with their sector where it's one we track (most of the market isn't, so many tickers show no sector). When 2+ stocks share a sector, that sector gets its own color across the whole list — a quick visual read on which sector is leading the day's new highs. Not a literal all-time high (no free data source provides that at the scale this needs). Updates 3x/day: 10am, 1pm, 4pm ET — same schedule as Sector Alignment. Daily only.

Replaces Market Overview at the top of the WEEKLY tab — a portfolio-management view, not a day-trading one. Editable (✏ EDIT). Trend is always based on daily 50-day and 200-day moving averages, even here — a Golden/Death Cross read is a slow, long-term signal; resampling it to weekly bars would only add lag, not insight.

The 50-day vs. 200-day moving average crossover is one of the oldest, most widely used long-term trend signals (Dow Theory-era). Golden Cross = 50DMA above 200DMA (bullish regime). Death Cross = 50DMA below 200DMA (bearish regime). Price's own position refines that into 6 states:

• Strong Uptrend — Golden Cross, price above both lines. Textbook bullish.
• Pullback — Golden Cross intact, price dipped below the 50DMA but still above the 200DMA. Classic buy-the-dip zone as long as the 200DMA holds.
• Below 200DMA — warning: price broke the 200DMA even though the 50DMA hasn't crossed down yet. Watch for a close back above it.
• Strong Downtrend — Death Cross, price below both lines. Textbook bearish.
• Bear Rally — Death Cross intact, price bounced above the 50DMA but still below the 200DMA. Often a sucker's rally — treat with skepticism.
• Reclaiming 200DMA — early recovery sign: price broke back above the 200DMA before the 50DMA caught up. Often precedes a Golden Cross if it holds.

Each Key Index card shows how far price is from its 52-week high — "🔥 NEW HIGH" if within 0.5%, otherwise the % pulled back. A stock making new highs is showing strength; a large pullback from highs is worth understanding why before adding to a position.
